DAYTON, OH - January 23, 2002

Neff Packaging Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce it was recently awarded three 2001 Print Excellence Awards from the Printing Association, Inc., serving northern Kentucky and Ohio (PIANKO).

“Winning a Print Excellence Award is a great honor,” said PIANKO president Anita Herington. “It is a mark of true craftsmanship, and the winners are the leaders in the printing industry.”

Each year PIANKO holds its Excellence Awards contest to reward Ohio and northern Kentucky printers that demonstrate Excellence in 36 categories. Member companies submit printed pieces in these categories and three out-of-state expert judges rank them in a regional competition. This year’s judges were Dr. J. Page Crouch, Alumni Professor Emeritus of Graphic Communications at Clemson University; Bob Kenley, Film and Proofing Technical Advisor at Fuji Film; and Holly Kisly, Business Development Manager for the Minnesota Pulp and Paper Division of Potlatch.

Each of the gold award winners in the regional competition are entered in an association-wide competition for Best of Category and Best of Show prizes that will be awarded April 12, 2002.

Neff Packaging Solutions, Inc. won two gold awards and one Silver Award.

With about 600 member companies, PIANKO is the trade association for the printing and graphic arts industry in Ohio and northern Kentucky.
